Qualifying Dealers
- From promotion launch through the month of April 2006, the "Alaska Frontier" plan will only be available through Alaska-based dealers.
- Locate an Alaskan Dealer
- Effective May 1, 2006, all Globalstar dealers will be able to offer the "Alaska Frontier" plan.
Qualifying Customers
- All new subscribers with an Alaska billing address who agree to a 12-month service commitment on any qualifying service.
- All existing Globalstar subscribers with an Alaska billing address who are not currently under contract, and who agree to a 12-month service commitment on any qualifying service plan.
Qualifying Plans
All current Freedom, Liberty and Emergency Plans qualify for the "Alaska Frontier" promotion.
Promotional Period
Customers may sign up for the "Alaska Frontier" Promotion from Thursday, March 16, 2006 through July 15, 2006. Please note that subscribers who sign up on Freedom plans after June 15, 2006 will receive only 1 month of access discounts.
Billing
- Subscribers on monthly "Freedom" plans will see a monthly credit as an "OCC" - "Other Charges and Credits" in the amount of half of their monthly access for all bills generated by July 15, 2006. After July 15, 2006, monthly charges will be applied at standard access rates.
- Subscribers on annual/seasonal "Liberty" or "Emergency" plans will see a one-time credit as an "OCC" - "Other Charges and Credits" in the amount of half of their monthly access for all bills generated by July 15, 2006.
- All plans will automatically renew at standard rates, on the standard renewal period associated with each plan.

Home Service Area includes: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guantanamo Bay, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Netherlands Antilles, Puerto Rico, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Turks and Caicos Islands, Virgin Islands, United States. Includes Long Distance rates to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Long Distance may apply when calling to other Caribbean countries.
Plans are based on a 12-month contract. Credit approval required. Early de-activation of the contract will result in a cancellation fee. Bundled voice and data minutes are applicable for calls from the U.S. and the Caribbean to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Voice airtime billing is based on a one-minute minimum and 30-second increments. Calls placed from the U.S. and the Caribbean use standard airtime, no roaming, and no long distance to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Calls to other Caribbean countries and other destinations will be charged long distance. For roaming rates, please consult the Roaming Calculator at www.globalstar.com. Included minutes do not apply while roaming. International roaming charges apply to all calls placed outside North America. International roaming charges and International long distance charges may vary depending on foreign taxes and tariffs from individual countries. Please see End User Terms and Conditions for all details concerning subscription to the Globalstar system. All price plans are subject to all U.S. local, provincial and federal taxes. Globalstar reserves the right to modify any price plan without notice.
